Sodium in our food

Welcome Viewers to my blog,

Today I was shocked to hear that ham was one of the highest sodium food that one of our teachers had in her pantry. I was also shocked that potato chips are not the ones with the highest salt! Anyways a teenager needs around 1,500mg of sodium daily.


Here is my the pretension I worked on.
