Welcome Viewers to my blog,
Today I'm going to be reflecting some of the key moments in PE that I learnt or already learnt. Some of the things I didn't did because I was in ESCOL for the first part of PE every Thursday so I don't have many key moments.
One of the key moments that I learnt in PE was the pulse because I never did any pulse readings before. I always wanted to learn more about how to read pulses, but never actually learning it until now. Well like a few weeks ago.
In PE I regain my knowledge of how to do the perimeter and how to do volume because I didn't do any of those for a very long time. Like when I was still in primary as a year 5. We also did measurements and I really like doing it.
We also did the resetting heart rates and moving heart rate. I was able to get good results on my resting heart rate and my moving heart rate. It was after when I learnt how to feel the pulse. It was one of my fatigued moments and I felt very tired in the end.
Also, we played lots of games and some of the games I didn't even know. We also did some exercise like skipping for 30 seconds then we switch to the next exercise like push-ups which was really hard for me because I haven't really done many push-ups in my life.
Here is an example of a push-up
Thank you for reading my PE reflection blog post. Please leave a comment and don't forget to add some feedback it would really help me a lot improving my blog post. I will try to respond to as many comments as I can if I'm not busy in the end. And also comment if you tried push-ups before its really hard right?
